Diduga Hakim Di Pengadilan Negeri Pagaralam Berat Sebelah Dalam Kasus Asmara Orang Kaya Dan Orang Miskin
Pagaralam, JURNAL TIPIKOR — setelah berapa kali proses sidang hari ini Pengadilan Negeri Pagaralam menyimpulkan kasus asmara orang kaya dengan orang miskin di Pagaralam di putuskan 5 ,6 Tahun penjara dan denda 800 Juta. Sementara dari Pihak keluarga terdakwa Angga Yudha Pratama kecewa dengan keputusan Hakim yang tidak adil dalam mengambil keputusan dan penerapan pasal-pasal karena hanya mendengar cerita dan pengakuan dari korban tanpa menghadirkan saksi-saksi ahli dipersidangan Rabu (29/11/2023).
menyikapi hasil Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Pagaralam diduga tidak ada roh Keadilan penasehat hukum Sapta S.H., menjelaskan pihaknya sangat keberatan dengan keputusan Hakim dalam Alternatif pertama pasal 82 ayat (1) Undang-undang RI No.17 Tahun 2016 tentang perubahan kedua UU RI No. 23 Tahun 2022 tentang perlindungan anak (Jo) UU No. 35 Tahun 2014 tentang perubahan atas UU RI No. 23 Tahun 2022 tentang perlindungan anak
“Tentu kami selaku kuasa hukum terdakwa melihat bahwa Hakim telah salah dalam mengambil keputusan berdasarkan, dari persidangan yang sudah di lewati beberapa hari lalu dengan alat bukti, saksi-saksi yang tidak sesuai dengan fakta-fakta yang ada
“Karena ada hal-hal Hakim tidak melihat secara jelas bagaimana fakta yang sebenarnya berdasarkan dari saksi ahli yang tidak ada di persidangan hanya mendengar cerita saja

Sementara di tempat yang sama pihak dari keluarga terdakwa, yaitu Alkafih (53) sangat kecewa dengan keputusan Hakim dalam mengambil keputusan Karena seperti pisau yang hanya tajam dibawah tumpul diatas seharusnya keadilan di NKRI harus benar-benar ditegakkan
Lanjut Alkahfi menambahkan diduga disini keponakan kami sudah ada unsur pemaksaan baik dari pihak Polres Pagar Alam, ataupun dari pihak Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Pagar Alam untuk menjerat keponakan kami Yudha, karena dari hasil visum yang tidak jelas dan TKP pun tidak jelas, dan kami sudah tidak percaya dengan keadilan di Kota Pagar Alam untuk mengambil keputusan yang adil, “ujar Alkahfi.
Lebih baik menghukum 100 orang Bersalah dari pada menghukum 1 orang tak bersalah, di mana roh keadilan hukum di Pagaralam bagi orang miskin.
