Berawal dari informasi adanya pelaku yang menyediakan jasa pembuatan link/website phising yang digunakan untuk melakukan penipuan yang diduga dilakukan salah satu warga yang berdomisili di Perum. Royal Sendtraland Kel Moncongloe Kec Moncongloe Kab Maros.
Personel Direktorat Reserse kriminal umum Polda Sulsel langsung melakukan penyelidikan dengan mengunjungi langsung lokasi diduga pelaku penyedia jasa link/website phising yang berada di Perumahan Royal Sendtraland.

Anggota tersebut memeriksa beberapa rumah dan sudah meminta izin kepada pemilik rumah.
