BPJS Dan RSUD Siwa Diduga Saling Tuding Soal Rujukan, Hingga Akhirnya Pasien Meninggal
SENGKANG, SULSEL, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Salah Satu pasien di RSUD Siwa Kecamatan Pitumpanua Kabupaten Wajo yang berinisial UM ( Haji Umar) 60 tahun yang diduga akibat keterlambatan mendapatkan perawatan rujukan menuju ke RS Wahidin Makassar, Sulsel yang sempat beberapa jam tertahan untuk mendapatkan kejelasan akhirnya nyawa pasien tak tertolong lagi dan meninggal dunia sekitar petang kemarin Rabu 15/11/2023.
Salah satu keluarga pasien/almarhum Haji Umar yang enggang disebutkan namanya dengan inisial AYS kepada awak media ini mengatakan seputar hal kronologi kejadian hingga akhirnya almarhum menemui ajalnya dan tak tertolong lagi.
“Almarhum tersebut yang merupakan warga Desa Inrello, Kecamatan Keera Kabupaten Wajo sempat dialirkan ke RSUD Siwa Pitumpanua untuk mendapatkan dan pertolongan medis dengan diagnosa gigitan anjing/suspek rabies dan mengalami sesak”. Ucapnya
Namun dengan melihat kondisi dan pertimbangan keluarga akhirnya meminta untuk diadakan rujukan untuk tindakan selanjutnya agar mendapatkan perawatan medis untuk dirujuk ke RS Wahidin Kota Makassar.

Namun yang kami sayangkan setelah berapa lama setelah adanya rujukan yang diberikan pihak RSUD Siwa dan juga hasil konfirmasi pihak RS Wahidin Makassar yang telah bersedia untuk menerima pasien rujukan tersebut tertahan di RSUD Siwa sampai akhirnya menghembuskan napas terakhirnya.
Yang menjadi aneh dan tanda tanya bagi kami setelah meminta dan menanyakan perihal tersebut yang tak kunjung dirujuk ke RS Wahidin Makassar hingga akhirnya meninggal dunia itu, menurut pihak RSUD Siwa kalau ini belum bisa kami lansung bawah dan rujuk ke RS Wahidin Makassar tanpa adanya persetujuan pihak dari BPJS Sengkang, Wajo.
” Ini kami jadi tanya dan rasa kecewa kenapa kelaurga kami dalam hal pasien yang tak kunjung dirujuk dengan alasa persetujuan BPJS, memang betul ini adalah takdir dan jalan Allah tapi ini kami kecewa akibat tidak dirujuknya lansung ke RS Wahidin Makassar sampai tertahan terus di RSUD Siwa akhirnya menghembuskan napas terakhir”. Secara terpisah saat awak media ini memintai keterangan pihak BPJS Sengkang Wajo yang beralamat dijalan Bau Baharuddin Sengkang Kecamatan Tempe Kamis 16/11/2023, Supervisor BPJS Sengkang, Wajo, Fauziah yang didampingi stafnya Irham Umar saat kami coba untuk temui meminta klarifikasi dan tanggapan atas perihal kejadian tersebut dikantornya enggang memberikan komentar jawaban dengan alasan haus meminta ijin dan keterangan resmi dari Humas Kantor Cabang Di Kabupaten Bone Sulsel
Namun yang dicoba ditanya tanya sempat mengatakan kalau terkait hal pasien untuk adanya persetujuan pihak dari BPJS baru dilakukan rujukan ke RS Wahidin Makassar itu sebenarnya tidak perlu dan tergantung sebenarnya dari pihak RSUD itu sendiri atau bisa lansung untuk lansung dilakukan rujukan pasien apalagi dalam kondisi darurat. Ucapnya ringkas sambil mengatakan kalau nanti kami berikan keterangan resmi untuk publikasi berita setelah adanya konfirmasi dan keterangan resmi dari pihak Cabang kantor Bone.
Sedangkan Direktur RSUD Siwa melalui salah satu orang pihak RSUD Siwa, Hajja Devi yang kami coba hubungi melalui telepon seluler via Whatsappnya terkait hal tersebut diatas mengatakan.
“Iye pak dan kan memang sudah ada rujukan yang dibuatkan ke RS Wahidin, RS Wahidin sudah menerima, namun dari pihak BPJS belum meng acc kan untuk di rujuk dan hingga akhirnya pasien menghembuskan napas terakhir dan belum sempat di bawah atau dirujuk ke RS Wahidin Makassar.”Tutupnya
