Hal itu disampaikan menanggapi pernyataan putri Gus Dur, Yenny Wahid yang mengatakan pihaknya akan mengumumkan dukungan pada pekan depan.
“Saya yakin ke Pak Prabowo gitu ya. Karena, pertama, ada hubungan baik antara Pak Prabowo dengan Gus Dur,” ujar Herman di Gedung DPR RI, Senayan, Jakarta, Selasa (10/10/2023).
Kemudian, ia juga mengingatkan bahwa Yenny sempat bertandang ke kediaman Prabowo di Kertanegara, Jakarta Selatan.
