Perang Israel versus Militan Palestina berimbas melemahnya Nilai Tukar Rupiah
JAKARTA, Jurnaltipikor.com – Berkecamuknya perang Israel versus Militan Palestina berimbas ke berbagai negara, diantaranya Nilai Tukar Mata Uang.
Nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar AS kembali tertekan pada awal perdagangan Senin (9/10/2023). Salah satu sentimen yang menyebabkan depresiasi rupiah ialah eskalasi konflik antara Israel dengan Palestina.
Berdasarkan data Bloomberg, kurs mata uang Garuda dibuka melemah 0,20 persen ke level Rp 15.644 per dollar AS. Depresiasi berlanjut pada awal perdagangan, di mana hingga pukul 10.00 WIB, rupiah melemah 0,32 persen ke level Rp 15.662 per dollar AS.

Pelemahan rupiah itu selaras dengan indeks dollar AS yang terpantau menguat. Mengacu data Investing, indeks dollar AS (DXY) menguat sekitar 0,20 persen ke ksiaran 106,25.
Analis Sinarmas Futures Ariston Tjendra mengatakan, salah satu penyebab menguatnya dollar AS ialah konflik antara Israel dengan Hamas Palestina. Dengan telah dideklarasikannya perang oleh Israel terhadap Hamas, pelaku pasar memilih untuk menghindari aset dinilai berisiko.
“Penguatan dollar AS juga ditopang oleh sentimen hindar risiko karena konflik saling serang antara Hamas dan Israel yang menimbulkan ribuan korban jiwa,” kata dia kepada awak media, Senin.

“Pasar mungkin mengantisipasi kemungkinan konflik ini meluas. Seperti diketahui, dollar AS termasuk aset aman seperti emas,” sambungnya
Sebagai informasi, Kabinet Keamanan Israel resmi menyatakan perang terhadap Hamas pada Minggu (8/10/2023) kemarin. Deklarasi ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari serangan roket yang diluncurkan Hamas ke Israel hingga melintasi Ibu Kota Israel, Tel Aviv pada Sabtu (7/10/2023).
Keputusan Kabinet Keamanan Israel mendeklarasikan perang secara resmi merupakan peristiwa pertama sejak Perang Yom Kippur 1973. Setelah deklarasi diumumkan, agresi militer Israel langsung dilakukan di Gaza, Palestina.

Dengan melihat persitiwa tersebut, Ariston memproyeksi, rupiah bergerak cenderung melemah pada hari ini. Bahkan, ia tidak menutup kemungkinan rupiah melemah ke level Rp 15.700 per dollar AS.
“Potensi pelemahan (rupiah) ke arah Rp 15.650, dengan potensi support di sekitar Rp 15.580. Peluang tetap terbuka untuk ke Rp 15.700,” ucap dia.
