Kejadian tersebut dengan muatan Solar ilegal yang 340 jrigen diangkut mobil truk tersebut berasal dari Kabupaten Bone, dua tersangka, yakni Sopir dan Kondektur pengangkut BBM Solar bersubsidi telah di naikkan ke tahap (1) satu.

Yang di konfirmasi langsung Minggu 17 September 2023 menyampaikan kepada Awak media ini, bahwa saat ini Berita acara pemeriksaan sudah tahap satu ke kejaksaan, dan saat ini sedang di teliti oleh kejaksaan, kita tunggu petunjuk jaksa.

” Apabila sudah P21 kami akan bawa tersangka dan Barang Bukti ke Kejaksaan Negeri Wajo,” ujar Theo sapaan akrab mantan Kasat Reskrim Polres Soppeng ini
Theo menyampaikan pihaknya pun telah melakukan pemeriksaan saksi ahli atas kasus penimbunan solar yang melibatkan kedua tersangka, untuk memperjelas keterlibatan tentang pengangkutan dan kepemilikan solar tersebut pemeriksaan saksi ahli sudah di lakukan ucapnya.
“Selain itu pihaknya akan kembali mengirim berkas perkara ke (KEJARI) Kejaksaan Negeri Sengkang jika sudah lengkap (P21),”tutupnya
Seperti diketahui Dalam kasus ini, sudah dua yang ditetapkan tersangka dan kasusnya saat ini telah dinaikkan ke tahap satu (1). Keduanya yakni Sopir dan Kondektur pengangkut BBM Solar bersubsidi.
Tersangka juga mengakui kalau BBM yang diangkutnya adalah miliknya berdua dan mobil yang digunakan adalah mobil sewaan.
