DURI, JurnalTipikor.com | Malang Tak dapat ditolak, mujur tak dapat diraih. Itulah pribahasa yang tepat ditujukan kepada Hardi (45) salah seorang warga RT 05, RW 02, Kelurahan Duri Timur yang menjadi peserta pesta rakyat yang digelar Pemerintah Kecamatan Mandau, Kamis (24/8/23).
Menjadi utusan dari Kelurahan Duri Timur saat menjadi peserta lomba Tarik Tambang, dirinya harus menghadap sang khalik.
Korban diketahui mengeluh sakit pada lambung beberapa saat setelah perlombaan dan akan memulai kembali perlombaan saat masuk babak final.

Sebelum menghembuskan nafas terakhirnya, korban sempat mendapat perawatan di Pusat kesehatan masyarakat (Puskesmas) Duri Kota dan pada akhirnya dilarikan ke Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU) Mutia Sari Duri.
“Korban sebelumnya baik baik saja, kami tak tau seperti ini jadinya. Memang korban sempat mengeluh kurang tidur dan sakit lambung sebelum pagi harinya mengikuti lomba,ujar salah seorang rekan korban yang mengikuti lomba.
Selaku ketua Panitia Pelaksana acara perlombaan HUT17, yang juga Sekretaris Camat (Sekcam) Mandau, Yoan Dema saat dikonfirmasi membenarkan musibah tersebut. Menurut keterangan memang korban sempat mengeluhkan sakit karena kurang istirahat malam sebelum lomba dimulai.

Hardi (sebelum almarhum), sempat diperiksa tim medis sebelum dibawa kerumah sakit. Inikan perlombaan yang diikuti seluruh Kelurahan di Kecamatan Mandau. Jadi konfirmasikan prihal ini langsung ke Lurahnya, ujar Yoan
