Jakarta, JurnalTIPIKOR.Com – Sebuah video Pengamat Politik Rocky Gerung viral di media sosial (Medsos).Dalam video tersebut, Rocky Gerung menghujat dan mengeluarkan umpatan kepada Presiden RI Joko Widodo ( Jokowi).
Di video itu, Rocky Gerung menyoroti lawatan Presiden Jokowi ke China. Diduga dengan menawarkan Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) Nusantara di Penajam Paser Utara, Kalimantan.

Potongan video yang memuat ucapan Rocky Gerung yang diduga menghina Jokowi itu beredar di media sosial.
Dalam video yang dilihat strateginews.id, Rocky Gerung menyebut Jokowi hanya memikirkan nasibnya sendiri.
Video itu diketahui diambil saat acara Konsolidasi Akbar Aliansi Aksi Sejuta Buruh di Bekasi.
“Kalau nggak jadi Presiden nanti dia akan jadi rakyat biasa, tapi ambisi Jokowi akan mempertahankan legasinya. Dia pergi ke China untuk tawarkan IKN. Dia mondar mandir dari satu koalisi ke koalisi lain untuk mencari kejelasan dirinya,” demikian kata Rocky Gerung dalam video tersebut
“Dia cuma pikirkan nasibnya sendiri, gak memikirkan nasib kita (masyarakat indonesia dan buruh). Itu bajingan yang tol*l. Kalau dia bajingan pintar, dia bakal berdebat dengan Jumhur Hidayat,” sambungnya.

Akademisi dan Pakar Hukum Dr. Suriyanto PD, SH, MH, M.Kn, menyayangkan ucapan Rocky Gerung yang dinilainya sangat provokatif tersebut.
“ Bung Rocky bicara sudah melampaui batas normal orang atau tokoh dalam mengeluarkan pendapat atau kritik terhadap pemimpin Indonesia. Bicara bung Rocky Gerung melanggar norma hukum penghinaan dan provokasi terhadap kepala negara ( Presiden Republik Indonesia). Pihak kepolisian harus tangkap bung Rocky karena bicaranya di depan publik pada acara buruh tersebut dapat di kategorikan pada delik biasa,” kata Suriyanto kepada Jurnal Tipikor, Senin [31/7/2023].
Sebagai akademisi dan tokoh publik, kata Suriyanto, Rocky Gerung harusnya bisa lebih arif dalam menyampaikan sesuatu kepada publik. Berdasarkan backdrop yang terpasang, acara itu berlangsung pada Sabtu, 29 Juli 2023 di Islamic Center Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
Melansir dari WartaKota, acara itu merupakan konsolidasi menjelang aksi demo akbar satu juta buruh di Jakarta pada 10 Agustus 2023 mendatang.

Forum itu diadakan oleh Pimpinan Cabang, Serikat Pekerja, Logam Energi Mesin (PC SP LEM) SPSI Kota/Kabupaten Bekasi Pimpinan Warnadi Rakasiwi.
Dalam acara tersebut, terlihat hadir Rocky Gerung itu, juga dihadiri Ketua Umum K-SPSI Mochamad Jumhur Hidayat, Ketua Umum PP SP LEM SPSI Ir.Arief Winardi, Presiden KASBI Neneng Elitos, Ketua Umum PP SPN Joko Heryawan, Presiden ASPEK Mirah Sumirah, Pimpinan SP SPMI Nur Hidayat, Aliansi Buruh Pelabuhan Ahmad Sugeng, Wakil Ketua DPP K-SPSI Idrus, tokoh Buruh Saud Aritonang, dan Ketua DPC FSBDSI Kota dan Kabupaten Bekasi Saepudin dan Sekretaris DPC K-SPSI Kota dan Kabupaten Bekasi Fajar Winarno.
