Komisioner Bidang Advokasi, Trafficking dan Anak Berhadapan Dengan Hukum, Rezha Muhammad, SH. Komisioner Bidang Data dan Informasi, Firli Zikrillah, S.I.Kom. “Apalagi nanti kita memasuki pesta demokrasi di tahun 2024. Pelibatan anak dalam kampanye Pemilu merupakan tindak pidana. Hal tersebut tertuang dalam UU Nomor 35 tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Nah, sejauh sepak terjang KPAD Kota Bekasi dalam menyambut Pemilu 2024?,” tegas Nina.
Sebagai Lembaga yang Independen, sambung Nina, seharusnya memiliki nilai yang transparan dan akuntabilitas, baik dalam kerja-kerja pengawasan, isu kemanusiaan yang berkaitan dengan kekerasan pada anak.
