Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR.COM-1 orang ditetapkan sebagai TERSANGKA oleh Tim Penyidik pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Tenggara serta dilakukan penahanan terhadap yang bersangkutan terkait dengan perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pertambangan ore nikel di wilayah Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) PT Antam di Blok Mandiodo, Konawe Utara, Sulawesi Tenggara.
Tim Penyidik menjelaskan bahwasannya satu orang yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dan dilakukan penahanan pada hari ini Selasa (18/07/2023) bertempat di Gedung Bundar Kejaksaan Agung yaitu tersangka berinisial atas nama WAS yang merupakan Pemilik PT Lawu Agung Mining.
“Tersangka WAS akan kami titipkan untuk dilakukan penahanan di Rumah Tahanan Negara Salemba Cabang Kejaksaan Agung. Kemudian dalam waktu dekat, penahanan akan dipindahkan ke Kendari, Sulawesi Tenggara untuk dilakukan penyidikan.”, ujar Tim Penyidik pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Tenggara.

Tim Penyidik juga menjelaskan secara singkat terkait dengan kasus posisi dalam perkara ini yaitu bermula dari adanya Kerja Sama Operasional (KSO) antara PT Antam dengan PT Lawu Agung Mining serta Perusahaan Daerah Sulawesi Tenggara atau Perusahaan Daerah Konawe Utara.
“Tersangka WASselaku pemilik PT Lawu Agung Mining adalah pihak yang mendapat keuntungan dari tindak pidana korupsi pertambangan nikel.”, ujar Tim Penyidik. Selasa(18/07)
Tim Penyidik juga menambahkan bahwasannya modus yang dilakukan oleh Tersangka WAS yaitu dengan cara menjual hasil tambang nikel di wilayah IUP PT Antam menggunakan dokumen Rencana Kerja Anggaran Biaya dari PT Kabaena Kromit Pratama dan beberapa perusahaan lain di sekitar blok Mandiodo, seolah-olah nikel tersebut bukan berasal dari PT Antam lalu dijual ke beberapa smelter di Morosi dan Morowali.
Kejahatan yang dilakukan oleh tersangka WAS berlangsung secara berlanjut karena adanya pembiaran dari pihak PT Antam dan berdasarkan perjanjian KSO, semua ore nikel hasil penambangan di wilayah IUP PT Antam harus diserahkan ke PT Antam, sementara PT Lawu Agung Mining hanya mendapat upah selaku kontraktor pertambangan.
“Tetapi pada kenyataannya PT Lawu Agung Mining mempekerjakan 39 perusahaan pertambangan sebagai kontraktor untuk melakukan penambangan ore nikel dan menjual hasil tambang menggunakan Rencana Kerja Anggaran Biaya asli tapi palsu.”, tambah Tim Penyidik.
Tim Penyidik pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Tenggara juga menjelaskan bahwasannya telah menetapkan 4 orang tersangka terkait dengan perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi ini yaitu tersangka berinisial atas nama HW yang merupakan General Manager PT Antam Unit Bisnis Pertambangan Nikel Konawe Utara, tersangka berinisial atas nama AA yang merupakan Direktur Utama PT Kabaena Kromit Pratama, tersangka berinisial atas nama GL yang merupakan Pelaksana Lapangan PT Lawu Agung Mining, serta tersangka berinisial atas nama OS yang merupakan Direktur Utama PT Lawu Agung Mining.
