Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR–Kejaksaan Agung kembali melakukan pemeriksaan terkait dengan perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam pengelolaan dana pensiun pada Dana Pensiun Perusahaan Pelabuhan dan Pengerukan (DP4) PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (persero) Tahun 2013 s/d 2019. Pemeriksaan terkait dengan perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi tersebut dilakukan melalui Tim Jaksa Penyidik pada Direktorat Penyidikan Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (JAM PIDSUS).
Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum Dr. Ketut Sumedana menjelaskan dalam rilisnya. Dimana dalam rilis yang diterbitkan pada hari ini dijelaskan terkait dengan saksi yang diperiksa terkait dengan perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi tersebut, dimana pemeriksaan yang dilakukan terhadap 3 orang yang diperiksa sebagai saksi atas perkara tersebut.
Tim Penyidik menjelaskan bahwa ketiga orang saksi yang diperiksa pada hari ini Rabu(21/06/2023) atas perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam pengelolaan dana pensiun tersebut yaitu berinisial atas nama S, AMS, HH.
“Ketiga orang saksi yang diperiksa hari ini terkait dengan perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam pengelolaan dana pensiun pada Dana Pensiun Perusahaan Pelabuhan dan Pengerukan (DP4) PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (persero) tersebut yaitu saksi berinisial atas nama S yang merupakan Direktur Pengawasan Dinas Pensiun dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan OJK, kemudian saksi berinisial AMS yang merupakan Kepala Subbagian Pengawasan Perdagangan 3 pada Direktorat Pengawasan Transaksi Efek OJK, dan saksi atas nama HH yang merupakan Deputi Direktur Pengawasan dan Pengembangan Pengelolaan Investasi OJK.”, ujar Tim Penyidik. Rabu(21/06)

Tim Penyidik juga menjelaskan bahwasaannya ketiga orang yang telah diperiksa sebagai saksi tersebut, dilakukan untuk penyidikan terkait dengan perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi yang dilakukan oleh para tersangka berinisial atas nama EWI, KAM, US, IS, CAK, dan AHM dalam pengelolaan dana pensiun pada Dana Pensiun Perusahaan Pelabuhan dan Pengerukan (DP4) PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (persero) Tahun 2013 s/d 2019.
“Pemeriksaan yang dilakukan kepada para saksi dilakukan untuk memperkuat bukti bukti serta melengkapi berkar berkas perkara dalam dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam pengelolaan dana pensiun pada Dana Pensiun Perusahaan Pelabuhan dan Pengerukan (DP4) PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (persero) Tahun 2013 s/d 2019.”, ujar Tim Penyidik.
