Satreskrim Polresta Serang Kota Berhasil Ungkap Kasus Pemerkosaan Disertai Pencurian Dengan Kekerasan

Serang, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Polresta Serang Kota melaksanakan press conference pengungkapan kasus permerkosaan disertai pencurian dengan kekerasan yang dilaksanakan di Aula Gedung Satreskrim Polresta Serang Kota pada Rabu (24/05).

Dalam kesempatannya Kapolresta Serang Kota Polda Banten Kombes Pol Sofwan Hermanto bersama Kasat Reskrim Polresta Serang Kota AKP Mochamad Nandar membenarkan bahwa Satreskrim Polresta Serang telah berhasil mengamankan pelaku pemerkosaan disertai pencurian dengan kekerasan.

“Berawal dari perkenalan melalui media sosial, kemudian korban dijemput oleh pelaku di gang dekat rumah korban menggunakan sepeda motor matic warna hitam untuk jalan-jalan ke Banten Lama, setelah melintasi pertigaan Sawah Luhur, pelaku tidak berbelok kearah Banten Lama melainkan kearah Terondol. Korban sempat bertanya kepada pelaku namun pelaku menjawab dirinya akan mengambil sesuatu terlebih dahulu. Saat melintasi jalanan perumahan visenda melalui jalan kampung dan jalan sepi menyusuri kebun, pelaku berhenti di semak-semak rerumputan dari situ korban curiga dan langsung loncat dari sepeda motor pelaku,” ungkap Softwan.

Lebih lanjut, Sofwan mengatakan pelaku langsung mengejar korban yang berusaha lari dan menarik baju korban serta langsung diseret ke semak-semak yang berada di samping gudang kosong, di semak-semak tersebut korban membuka paksa pakaian korban.

“Korban berteriak meminta tolong, namun pelaku membekap korban menggunakan tangan seketika korban menggigit tangan pelaku, kemudian tangan korban dibalas gigit oleh pelaku, setelah itu pelaku membenturkan punggung korban ke tanah beberapa kali dan menduduki wajah korban sampai korban lemas dan tidak sadarkan diri. Kemudian pelaku menyetubuhi korban, disaat korban tidak sadarkan diri setelah pelaku melampiaskan hasratnya, selanjutnya pelaku mengambil handphone korban dan langsung meninggalkan korban dalam keadaan tidak berdaya di TKP,” lanjut Sofwan.

Selanjutnya Sofwan menerangkan pada Selasa (23/05), Satreskrim Polresta Serang Kota melakukan penangkapan yang dimana keberadaan pelaku sudah di ketahui dan menjemput pelaku tersebut untuk dibawa ke Satreskrim Polresta Serang Kota untuk diproses hukum lebih lanjut.

Adapun Inisial Pelaku JF (23) warga Lingkungan Cilampang Unyur, sedangkan korban berinisial RS (19) warga Kampung Sontrol Tanara.

Diakhir Sofwan menerangkan Pasal yang dikenakan kepada pelaku. “Untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya, pelaku dapat dikenakan Pasal 285 Jo. Pasal 365 KUHP dengan ancaman maksimal 12 tahun penjara,” tutup Sofwan. (Bidhumas)
