Diskominfo Dorong Pengintegrasian Sejumlah Aplikasi
Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR—Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Bandung terus berupaya meningkatkan dan membenahi diri, untuk mendukung upaya percepatan implementasi Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Ekektronik (SPBE) dan Satu Data Indonesia (SDI). Salah satu langkahnya yaitu mengintegrasikan sejumlah aplikasi.
Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Bandung menggelar Sosialisasi dan Bimbingan Teknis Sistem Penghubung Layanan Pemerintah (SPLP) di Hotel Grand Preanger, Senin 15 Mei 2023.
Kepala Bidang Persandian dan Aplikasi Diskominfo Kota Bandung, Ayi Mamat Rochmat mengatakan, saat ini Kota Bandung tengah berbenah untuk menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan yang berkaitan dengan teknologi informasi, termasuk pengintegrasian sistem informasi.
LEBIH DEKAT DENGAN MASYARAKAT, POLDA JABAR BERSAMA JAJARANNYA LAUNCHING PROGRAM POLISI RW
Ayi mengungkapkan, jumlah aplikasi di Kota Bandung yang aktif sebanyak 236 aplikasi, terdiri dari 148 aplikasi layanan publik dan 88 aplikasi administrasi pemerintahan.
Dari 148 aplikasi layanan publik telah diintegrasikan 50 aplikasi. Sedangkan dari 88 aplikasi administrasi pemerintahan telah terintegrasi 36 aplikasi.
Dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022 integrasi manajemen pertukaran data dengan menggunakan tools aplikasi Mantra. Namun, sejak tahun 2023, pertukaran data yang semula menggunakan Mantra harus beralih ke sistem yang baru yaitu Sistem Penghubung Layanan Pemerintah (SPLP) yang masih dikembangkan oleh Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika.
Sistem ini telah menggunakan teknologi terbaru, dan server dikelola oleh Kementerian Komunikasi dan Infomatika Republik Indonesia.
“Dengan beralihnya teknologi dari Mantra ke SPLP maka seluruh integrasi sistem yang ada di Kota Bandung baik internal perangkat daerah, antar perangkat daerah maupun dengan lembaga vertikal wajib menggunakan Sistem Layanan Penghubung Pemerintah (SPLP),” kata Ayi.
Terima Delegasi Korea Selatan, Presiden Bahas Peningkatan Kerja Sama Ekonomi•
Menurutnya, pemanfaatan SPLP ini sudah menjadi keharusan dan kewajiban bagi setiap perangkat daerah di bawah koordinasi Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Bandung.
Untuk itu, ia berharap seluruh aplikasi di perangkat daerah dapat segera diintegrasikan untuk mempermudah layanan kepada masyarakat salah satunya melalui superapps yang dikembangkan Diskominfo.
“Ke depan tantangan kita yakni pengembangan data warehouse dan aplikasi superapps yang sedang dikerjakan oleh Diskominfo menjadi tanggung jawab bersama terutama dalam penyediaan data yang dibutuhkan dari seluruh perangkat daerah,” ujarnya. (Humas Kota Bandung)
