Hasil Survei Indikator: Masyarakat Puas dengan Penyelenggaraan Mudik Lebaran Tahun Ini
Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR —Lembaga Indikator melakukan survei terkait penyelenggaraan mudik Lebaran pada tahun ini. Hasilnya, tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap penyelenggaraan mudik tahun ini meningkat dari tahun lalu.
Peneliti Utama Burhanuddin Muhtadi mengatakan, tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap penyelenggaraan mudik tahun ini mencapai 78 persen. Sedangkan tahun 2022 sebesar 73 persen. Artinya meningkat sebesar 5 persen.
“Bahkan pada kelompok warga yang mudik, kepuasan atas penyelenggaraan mudik jauh lebih tinggi yakni 89,5 persen. Mayoritas mutlak responden juga setuju arus mudik tahun ini lebih lancar ketimbang tahun lalu,” kata Burhanuddin dalam paparan hasil surveinya, Minggu (14/5/2023).
Dalam hasil survei juga, Burhanuddin mengatakan, evaluasi atas kondisi fasilitas dan layanan selama mudik mendapat apresiasi yang tinggi dari warga, terutama dalam pengaturan lalu lintas yang menjadi tugas Polri.
“Warga paling banyak merasa puas dengan kondisi pemgaturan lalu lintas yakni sebesar 81,8 persen selama arus mudik atau balik Lebaran 2023,” katanya.
Beberapa kebijakan Polri untuk mengatur kelancaran arus mudik dan balik seperti one way dan contra flow juga mendapatkan dukungan yang tinggi dari warga.
“Dari semua responden setuju kebijakan one way dan contra flow pada arus mudik dan balik yakni sebesar 74,3 persen. Sementara untuk kelompok warga yang mudik sebesar 82,2 persen masyarakat setuju,” katanya.
Kinerja polisi lalu lintas (polantas) saat penyelenggaraan mudik dan balik juga mendapatkan respons positif masyarakat. Sebanyak 77,3 persen semua responden menyatakan kinerja polantas saat arus mudik dan balik bersikap ramah. Untuk kelompok yang mudik angkanya 83,8 persen.
Sementara untuk sikap komunikatif anggota polantas, sebanyak 72,5 persen untuk semua responden dan 78,6 persen untuk kelompok yang mudik, menyatakan anggota polantas yang bertugas saat arus mudik dan balik bersikap komunikatif.
“Saat ditanyakan apakah petugas polantas membantu masyarakat saat arus mudik dan balik, hasilnya 83,2 persen semua responden memyebut membantu dan 86,9 persen kelompok yang mudik,” katanya.
Burhanuddin menuturkan, target populasi survei ini adalah warga negara Indonesia (WNI) yang berusia 17 tahun ke atas atau sudah menikah dan memiliki telepon atau cellphone, sekitar 83 persen dari total populasi nasional.

Pemilihan sampel dilakukan melalui metode random digit dialing (RDD). RDD adalah teknik memilih sampel melalui proses pembangkitan nomor telepon secara acak.
Dengan teknik RDD, sampel sebanyak 1218 responden dipilih melalui proses pembangkitan nomor telepon secara acak, validasi dan screening. Margin of Error survei diperkirakan lebih kurang 2,9 persen pada tingkat kepercayaan 95 persen. Asumsi simple random sampling.
Wawancara dengan responden dilakukan lewar telepon oleh pewawancara yang dilatih.
