Serang, JURNAL TIPIKOR-Seorang pria berinisial RAR (28) warga Kecamatan Kopo Kabupaten Serang diringkus tim Subdit 1 Ditresnarkoba Polda Banten sebagai kurir sabu di daerah Kabupaten serang.
RAR ditangkap saat baru selesai menitik atau menebar Narkotika jenis sabu di pinggir jalan didekat rumah makan Bebek tepatnya di Jalan Raya serang Kecamatan Cikande, Kabupaten Serang pada Jumat (05/05).
Tersangka tak bisa mengelak saat petugas menggeledah barang bukti yang ditemukan dalam genggaman tangan sebelah kiri tersangka berisi 5 buah potongan sedotan warna orange yang masing masing didalamnya berisikan 1 buah plastik klip bening yang didalamnya terdapat kristal warna putih di duga narkotika jenis sabu dengan berat bruto 2,60 gram, dan 2 paket ditemukan di tembok jembatan Desa Nyompok, yang mana jarak antara barang bukti yang satu dengan yang lainnya berjarak sekitar 50 meter yang beralamat di Desa nyompok, kecamatan kopo Kabupaten serang, Provinsi Banten. Kemudian petugas melakukan penggeldahan tempat dan ditemukan 1 buah kotak Hanphone merk oppo warna putih yang didalamnya berisikan 1 buah pelastik klip bening yang didalamnya terdapat kristal putih yang diduga Narkotika jenis sabu dengan berat bruto 3,85 gram.

Direktur Reserse Narkoba Polda Banten Kombes Pol Suhermanto menjelaskan kronologis awal penangkapan berawal dari informasi masyarakat yang menerangkan bahwa adanya peredaran gelap narkotika jenis sabu di Kabupaten Serang.
“Berdasarkan informasi dari masyarakat bahwa di daerah kecamatan kopo kabupaten serang sering terjadi peredaran gelap narkotika. Selanjutnya, anggota Subdit 1 Ditresnarkoba Polda Banten melakukan penyelidikan.Kemudian dilakukan penangkapan terhadap RAR pada jumat (05/05) di pinggir jalan didekat rumah makan Bebek Jl. Raya serang Kecamatan Cikande, Kabupaten Serang,” ucap Suhermanto saat ditemui pada Selasa (09/05).
Saat dilakukan introgasi, RAR mengaku bahwa barang haram tersebut benar miliknya yang didapat dari M (DPO) untuk dibuat paketan kemudian di titik dan di sebar. Guna kepentingan penyidikan, tersangka dan barang bukti dibawa ke Ditresanrkoba Polda Banten untuk dilakukannya pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.

“Akibat dari perbuatannya, tersangka dikenakan Pasal 114 ayat 1 Jo Pasal 112 ayat 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika, dan tersangka terancam hukuman minimal 5 tahun dan maksimal 20 tahun,” tutup Suhermanto. (Bidhumas).
