Pengurus Besar (PB) Mathla’ul Anwar Tetapkan Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1444 H Hari Jumat
Serang, JURNAL TIPIKOR- Jelang waktu tibanya hari raya Idul Fitri kaum muslimin hingga kini masih menanti penetapan tibanya lebaran Idul Fitri 1444 Hijriyah. Dalam hal ini, Pengurus Besar (PB) Mathla’ul Anwar (MA) menetapkan Hari Jumat nanti (21/04/2023) adalah tibanya 1 Syawal atau lebaran, hal itu didasari dari metode hisab, Rabu (19/04).
Informasi lain, Kementrian Agama pun beberapa waktu lalu menyebut ada potensi terjadinya perbedaan penetapan awal bulan Syawal 1444 H di Indonesia.
Kepada wartawan, Ketua PB Mathla’ul Anwar, KH Embay Mulya Syarief menyebut penetapan itu didasari dengan penghitungan metode hisab yang dilaksanakan lembaga hisab falaqiyah PB MA.
“Jadi menurut perhitungan hisab kami, 1 Syawal jatuh pada Jumat 21 April nanti. Tapi untuk lebih menyempurnakan kita tunggu hasil sidang Isbat setelah merukyat hilal,” ujarnya.
Menurut KH Embay, ada dua metode munculnya perbedaan penetapan awal bulan Syawal 1444 H di Indonesia.
“Perbedaan hari Raya Idul Fitri karena pemahaman Wujudul Hilal (jika hilal sudah wujud) dan Rukyatul Hilal (jika Hilal sudah terlihat minimal 2 derajat dari ufuk,” jelas KH Embay.
Meski demikian, kata sosok ulama Banten ini, pihaknya tetap akan mengikuti sidang Isbat penetapan Hari Raya oleh pemerintah.
“Tapi kita tetap akan mengikuti penetapan sidang Isbat dengan pemerintah pada hari Kamis nanti. Namun hasil hisab dari PB Mathal’ul Anwar tetap akan memutuskan bahwa Hari Raya Idul Fitri jatuh pada hari Jumat 21 April besok,” paparnya.
Adapun mengenai perbedaan pandangan soal isbat tersebut, secara terpisah, pegiat Falaqiyah di Lebak Selatan (Baksel), Ustadz Mukhlis kepada LineNews.id mengatakan, metode penentuan waktu tersebut harus ada sinkronisasi antara hisab dan rukyat yang keduanya memiliki metode masing-masing.
“Memang ada beberapa rujukan yang bisa dijadikan dasar untuk menentukan Isbat itu. Ada yang melalui hasil hisab, ada pula dari rukyat. Dan ini kerap memicu perbedaan pandangan.” terangnya.
Mukhlis menyebut, ada ragam kajian yang biasanya Mashur dijadikan dasar ruj
ukan untuk hisab.
“Memang alat ukur hisab ini rujukannya banyak. Secara akademis yang biasa saya pelajari ada versi efhimeris ada nautical almanak, tagribi dan tahqiqi (akurasi). Lebih rinci ada pula 9 versi lain yang juga kuat yang mengukur derajat dan koordinat bulan, seperti Sulamun Nairoin, Fathurrauf, Badi’atul Mitsal, Nurul Ihsan, Kitab Fadhul Karim, Tashilul Mitsal, Sulam Tahqiq, Taliqotul Mitsal dan Risalatul Qomarain”
Menurutnya, ada beberapa kajian algoritma hisab dari beberapa sumber kitab yang memperkuat metode itu.
“Ada dari algoritma hisab pada kitab-kitab seperti Irsyadul Murid, Tsimarul Murid, Muntaha Nataijil Al Aqwal dan dari kajian Nuru al Anwar. Apalagi Kamis (20/04) ada gerhana matahari pada sekitar Pukul 09, ini biasanya juga bisa mempengaruhi kajian hisab karena bisa terjadi penggenapan jumlah puasa. Namun, yang jelas semua kajian pasti punya dasar yang bisa dipertanggungjawabkan,” kata ulama Muda Baksel ini.
Kata dia, setiap perbedaan itu ada hikmahnya dan bukan untuk saling mempertentangkan, “Soal mau mengikuti fatwa yang mana, itu silahkan saja. Karena yang terbaik adalah kita ikuti hasil kesepakatan ulama terbanyak,” tutur Mukhlis. (red)
