Resahkan Masyarakat, Polres Lebak Ringkus Kawanan Begal Bersenjata Golok
Lebak, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komplotan begal motor di Cihara, Lebak yang meresahkan masyarakat berhasil diringkus Satreskrim Polres Lebak. Dari komplotan begal tersebut yang diringkus Polisi, ada sebanyak tiga orang diantaranya AI (27), DD (42) dan AG (40).
Ketiga pelaku tersebut diamankan setelah pelaku AI dan DD melakukan aksi pembegalan di Jalan Raya Malingping – Bayah, tepatnya di jembatan Cihara, Lebak pada Selasa (14/04) lalu dini hari.
“Iya, kami berhasil mengungkap komplotan begal motor sebanyak tiga orang. Dari tangan pelaku, kami juga berhasil mengamankan sejumlah barang bukti 1 unit motor, Hp dan sebilah golok,” ungkap Kasatreskrim Polres Lebak IPTU Andi Kurniady pada Rabu (19/04).

Andi menjelaskan dari kronologis pada saat kejadian, awalnya korban bersama saksi sedang mengendarai sepeda motor di Jalan Raya Malingping-Bayah.
Kemudian, setibanya di jalan tanjakan Cihara, korban dipepet oleh dua orang pelaku begal tersebut yakni DD dan AI.
“Para pelaku mengancam dengan mengacungkan golok kepada korban.
Korban disuruh menyerahkan motor dan Hp nya, karena korban ketakutan akhirnya motor dan Hp korban diserahkan kepada pelaku,” jelasnya.

Setelah itu lanjut Andi, korban melaporkan kejadian itu kepada Polisi, setelah mendapatkan laporan, pihaknya pun langsung melakukan penyelidikan hingga akhirnya para pelaku berhasil dibekuk.
“Mulanya kami mengamankan pelaku DD dan AI, kemudian dari hasil pengembangan kami juga berhasil menangkap pelaku AG,” ujarnya.
Untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya Andi menegaskan dua pelaku DD dan AI dikenakan pasal 365 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman selama 9 tahun penjara. “Sementara, pelaku AG dikenakan pasal 480 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman selama 4 tahun penjara,” tutupnya. (Bidhumas)
