Antisipasi Penumpukan Kendaraan, Polda Banten Siapkan Pelabuhan Ciwandan dan Merak pada Arus Mudik Lebaran 2023
Serang, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Mengahadapi arus mudik lebaran 2023, Polda Banten siapkan dua pelabuhan yang dioperasikan dalam mengantisipasi penumpukan kendaraan dan strategi Delaying sistem di dua rest area.
Karo Ops Polda Banten Kombes Pol Dedi Suhartono mengatakan bahwa terdapat dua pelabuhan yang dioperasikan dalam mudik tahun ini. “Terdapat dua pelabuhan yang dioperasikan dalam mudik tahun 2023 yaitu pelabuhan Ciwandan dan pelabuhan Merak,” ucap Dedi pada Sabtu (09/04).
“Pada pelabuhan Ciwandan pelayanan kendaraan roda dua periode H-7 sampai H-1 dilayani dari Ciwandan – Bakaheuni, periode H-3 sampai H-1 dilayani dari Ciwandan – Panjang, pelayanan Truck Golongan V B periode H-4 sampai H-1 dilayani melalui pelabuhan Ciwandan, pelayanan Truck Golongan VI B periode H-7 sampai H-1 dilayani melalui pelabuhan Ciwandan,” kata Dedi.

“Untuk pelabuhan Merak khusus kendaraan roda empat dan Bus tujuan Sumatera untun arus mudik dan balik ke pelabuhan Merak, dan untuk Truck Golongan V B periode H-7 sampai H-5 dilayani melalui pelabuhan Merak,” terang Dedi.
Dedi menjelaskan guna mengantisipasi pemupukan kendaraan terdapat beberapa jalur alternatif menuju pelabuhan Merak. “Guna mengantisipasi pemupukan kendaraan terdapat beberapa jalur alternatif menuju pelabuhan Merak yaitu Jalan Lingkar Selatan menjadi opsi jalur alternatif menuju pelabuhan Merak atau Ciwandan,” ujar Dedi.

Dalam hal ini Dedi menjelaskan terdapat Strategi Delaying System yang diberlakukan pada 2 rest area. “Delat System dilakukan di dua rest area yaitu di KM 43 tol Jakarta Merak dan KM 68 serta akan disiapkan Buffer Zone di KM 97,” jelas Dedi.
“Dan untuk pelabuhan Indahkiat akan difungsikan sebagai alternatif atau contigency plan jika diperlukan,” tutup Dedi (Bidhumas).
