Polda Banten Ikuti Kegiatan Sosialisasi dan Supervisi Pengelolaan Barang Bukti Tahun 2023
Serang, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kapolda Banten Irjen Pol. Prof. Dr. Rudy Heriyanto diwakili Wakapolda Banten Brigjen Pol Sabilul Alif hadiri serta membuka kegiatan Sosialisasi dan Supervisi pengelolaan Barang Bukti Bareskrim Polri Tahun Anggaran 2023 yang dilaksanakan di Ruang Rapat Utama (Rupatama) Polda Banten pada Kamis (06/04)
Turut hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut Kepala Bagian (Kabag) Tahti Rorenmin Bareskrim Polri Kombes Pol. Gatot Agus Budi Utomo, Direktur Tahanan dan Barang Bukti (Dirtahti) AKBP Agus Rasyid, Wadirreskrimum AKBP Dian Setiawan dan diikuti oleh para Kasubdit, Kasat Tahti Polres jajajran serta personel Dittahti Polda Banten
Jelang Peringatan Wafatnya Isa Al Masih, Polda Jambi Siapkan Personel Pengamanan di Seluruh Gereja
Dalam kesempatan tersebut Wakapolda Banten membacakan amanta Kapolda Banten yang menyampaiakan selamat datang kepada Tim supervisi dan Sosalisasi di Polda Banten. “Saya atas nama Kapolda Banten mengucapkan selamat datang kepada Tim supervisi dan Sosalisasi pengelolaan barang bukti Karorenmin Bareskrim Polri beserta rombongan di Polda Banten,” kata Sabilul.
Semoga dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat memberikan manfaat dan menambah pengetahuan bagi anggota Polda Banten serta Polres jajaran dalam fungsi pengelolaan barang bukti. “Berbicara barang bukti dalam sebuah hukum pidana pembuktikan merupakan suatu yang sangat penting dan utama, alat bukti merupakan alat yang hubungannya dengan suatu tindak pidana,” ujar Sabilul Alif.

Lebih lanjut Sabilul Alif menjelaskan. “Serta dimana alat alat bukti tersebut dapat di pergunakan sebagai bahan pembuktian guna menimbulkan keyakinan bagi hakim atas kebenaran adanya suatu tindak pidana yang telah dilakukan oleh terdakwa,” ucap Sabilul Alif.
Perlu kami sampaikan dalam kesempatan ini permasalahan yang ada di Polda Banten terkait pengelolaan barang bukti. “Adapun permasalahan yang menjadi kendala dalam pengelolaan barang bukti hampir semua Sattahti Polresta dan Polres jajaran Polda Banten belum memiliki gudang penyimpanan barang bukti, sehingga fungsi pengelolaan barang bukti belum maksimal,” tutur Sabilul Alif.
Diakhir, Sabilul Alif berharap semoga kedeapannya semua Sattahti memiliki gudang penyimpanan barang bukti. “Saya harap semoga kedeapannya semua Sattahti Polresta dan Polres jajaran Polda Banten memiliki gudang penyimpanan barang bukti sehingga dalam pengelolaan dapat dikelola dengan maksimal,” tutup Sabilul Alif.
