Serang, Jurnaltipikor.com–Kapolda Banten Irjen Pol Prof. Dr. Rudy Heriyanto mengeluarkan maklumat Nomor/MAK/01/III/2023 dalam rangka menjaga kondusifitas Kamtibmas selama bulan Ramadan dan Idul fitri 1444 H atau 2023 M, diperlukan peran aktif serta kepedulian masyarakat di daerah hukum Polda Banten dalam mendukung sikap dan tindakan tegas Kepala Kepolisian Daerah Banten dan Kapolresta/Kapolres Jajaran.
Kapolda Banten Irjen Pol Prof. Dr. Rudy Heriyanto berharap kepada seluruh masyarakat untuk berkomitmen membantu memberikan informasi kepada kepolisian setempat terkait dengan terorisme, narkoba, premanisme, kejahatan jalanan (street crime), minuman beralkohol (miras), prostitusi, judi, tawuran, senjata tajam atau api, mabuk-mabukan, balap liar, knalpot bising, genk motor, kenakalan remaja dan/atau petasan atau mercon. “Saya perintahkan Satker Polda bersama Polres jajaran serta kepada seluruh masyarakat untuk membantu memberikan informasi kepada kepolisian terkait gangguan kamtibmas yang terjadi,” ucap Rudy.
Rudy mengatakan bahwa Masyrakat jika menemukan gangguan kamtibmas tidak boleh main hakim sendiri. “Masyarakat tidak diperbolehkan melakukan sweeping atau main hakim sendiri terhadap rumah makan, tempat hiburan, pertokoan, pusat perbelanjaan, dan lain-lain. Segala bentuk sweeping atau main hakim sendiri akan ditindak tegas tanpa kompromi sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan,” ujar Rudy.

“Agar masyarakat menjaga keselamatan diri dan harta benda dengan meningkatkan ronda siskamling serta mengingatkan warga yang akan mudik untuk menitipkan rumah dan memastikan kembali keamanan aliran listrik dan kompor, menambahkan kunci ganda untuk pengamanan kendaraan bermotor serta mengantisipasi pencurian hewan ternak,” tambah Rudy.
Untuk pemilik tempat hiburan diwajibkan untuk mematuhi ketentuan yang diberlakukan “Kepada para pengusaha tempat hiburan diwajibkan mematuhi ketentuan pemberlakuan jam operasional penyelenggaraan industri pariwisata pada bulan Ramadan dan Hari Raya Idulfitri 1444 H atau 2023 M,” terang Rudy.

Rudy berharap semua pihak dapat mendukung terlaksananya maklumat tersebut. “Polda Banten dan Polres jajaran memerlukan dukungan partisipasi dan kebulatan tekad dari segenap warga masyarakat Banten terutama Tokoh Agama, Tokoh Masyarakat, Tokoh Pemuda, Pemerintah Provinsi Banten, Pemerintah Kabupaten dan Kota serta TNI guna terlaksananya maklumat ini,” harap Rudy.
“Guna membantu Polda Banten dan Polres Jajaran dalam rangka menegakkan maklumat ini melalui Call Center Polri 110 atau bisa melalui posko siaga Polda Banten 085215825440,” ujar Rudy (Bidhumas).
