Ambon, JurnalTIPIKOR.Com–Kepala Polda Maluku Irken Lotharia Latif menyatakan bahwa AT (25), anak Ketua DPRD Kota Ambon Ely Toisuta telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka per Senin (31/7/2023).
AT diduga menganiaya seorang remaja
berusia 15 tahun hingga meninggal dunia gegara merasa tak disapa saat korban lewat didepannya.
Penganiayaan oleh anak ketua DPRD ini terjadi di depan Asrama Polri, Talake, Kota Ambon, Minggu (30/7) malam sekitar pukul 21.30 WIT.
Irjen Latif menyebut anak Ely Toisuta kini telah ditahan. la pun menegaskan kepolisian tidak pandang bulu dalam menegakkan hukum. Saat muncul di
publik, Ely Toisutta dan keluarga menyerahkan sepenuhnya proses hukum kasus penganiayaan yang dilakukan anaknya kepada penyidik.

rumah saudaranya di Kawasan Talake untuk mengembalikan jaket. Namun, saat keduanya memasuki Gapura Lorong Masjid Talake, ternyata keduanya hampir bersenggolan dan merasa tak disapa dengan pelaku. Korban katanya dipukul saat masih menggunakan helm hingga pingsan, sempat dibawa e rumah sakit namun nyawanya tak dapat diselamatkan.
