JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menyita deposito senilai Rp 70 miliar, dari kasus korupsi pengadaan iklan bank daerah di Jawa Barat.
Selain deposito, KPK juga menyita mobil, motor, bangunan dan aset tanah yang diduga berkaitan dengan kasus korupsi yang tengah ditangani.
Diduga kasus korupsi tersebut menyebabkan kerugian negara Rp 222 miliar.
“Kami juga menyita sejumlah uang namun dalam bentuk deposito kurang lebih 70 miliar rupiah, ada beberapa kerdaraan roda dua maupun roda empat, kemudian aset tanah rumah bangunan,” kata Plh Direktur Penyidikan KPK Budi Sokmo di Gedung Merah Putih, Jakarta, Kamis (13/3/2025).

Namun, Budi tidak menyampaikan secara spesifik dari mana saja barang bukti tersebut disita.
Dia hanya mengatakan, KPK telah menggeledah 12 lokasi selama tiga hari terakhir.
Salah satunya rumah mantan Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil dan kantor pusat Bank Daerah.
“Ini secara overall ya, semua tempatnya saya tidak mendetailkan karena banyak tempat yang kami geledah selama tiga hari kurang lebih 12 tempat,” ujarnya.

Sebelumnya, KPK menggeledah rumah mantan Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil di Bandung, Jawa Barat, terkait kasus tersebut pada Senin, 10 Maret 2025.
Penggeledahan tersebut dilakukan setelah penyidik mendapatkan keterangan saksi terkait perkara tersebut.
“Didasari keterangan saksi maka perlu geledah untuk memastikan ada tidaknya kaitan dengan perkara dan juga membuat terang perkara,” kata Ketua KPK Setyo Budiyanto dalam keterangannya pada Selasa, 11 Maret 2025.
Dua hari berselang, KPK menggeledah di kantor pusat Bank Daerah Jawa Barat pada Rabu, 12 Maret 2025.
Sementara itu, Wakil Ketua KPK Fitroh Rohcahyanto mengatakan, penyidik pada Kamis, hari ini kembali melakukan penggeledahan di Bandung, Jawa Barat terkait kasus korupsi tersebut.

Hanya saja, Fitroh tidak menjelaskan lebih lanjut di mana saja penggeledahan dilakukan.
