Sumur Bandung, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat tepatnya Di Shooters Pool dan Café Braga telah diamankan Pelaku atas nama Ayuni Siti Nuraeni (Asn), kemudian pada Hari Senin Tanggal 21 Agustus 2023, Sekitar
Jam 01.00 Wib Di JI. Gudang Selatan 88, Kec. Sumur Bandung, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat Tepatnya Di South Garden Bar, Telah Diamankan Pelaku Atasnama Intan Siti Nurazizah (Isn).
Selanjutnya pada hari Selasa tanggal 22 Agustus 2023 sekira pukul 01.00 WIB di halaman parkir North Mockingbirds JI. Paskal Hyper Square, JI. Pasir Kaliki No.23, Pasir Kaliki, Kec. Cicendo, Kota Bandung pelaku atas nama Tina Herlina (Tn), Puspita Widya Anggraeni (Pwn), Dan Zahra Annisa Permana (Zap) dan pada hari Senin tanggal 28 Agustus 2023, sekira Jam 22.00 WIB disebuah kontrakan yang beralamat di JI. Cihamerang Kec. Banjaran Kab. Bandung pelaku atasnama Dewi Puspa Yuniar Binti Jajang Suparlan.
“Para pelaku tersebut diatas diamankan sehubungan dengan telah melakukan tindak pidana mentransmisikan, mendistribusikan dan membuat dapat diaksesnya konten atau muatan perjudian yang dilarang atau tidak memiliki izin berdasarkan peraturan perundang undangan yang dilakukan dengan cara para pelaku dengan sengaja dan tanpa
hak, mengadakan, memberikan kesempatan untuk main judi kepada umum yang berupa link perjudian di
akun media sosial milik para pelaku.” ujar lbrahim Tompo.
