Wali Kota Pagar Alam Alpian Maskoni, menjadi Inspektur upacara Dan Pembacaan Teks Proklamasi oleh Ketua DPRD Kota Pagar Jenni Shandiyah dan Komandan Upacara PS Kasubag Binops Bag OPS Iptu Suparna serta Pengibaran Bendera Merah Putih oleh Paskibraka Kota Pagar Alam Tahun 2023.
Turut serta pada upacara HUT RI ke-78 ini Ketua TP PKK Kota Pagar Alam Rachma Hareni Noor Alpian, Forkopimda Pagar Alam, Sekretaris Daerah, Ketua Dharma Wanita Persatuan, Seluruh Kepala OPD, Camat dan Lurah di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Pagar Alam, Ketua Bhayangkari, Ketua Ikatan Adhyaksa Dharmakarini, Instansi Vertikal, BUMN dan Peserta Upacara, meliputi TNI, Polri, ASN, Satpol PP, Basarnas, Mahasiswa, Siswa-siswi serta masyarakat Kota Pagar Alam.
Upacara Sertijab Kabag Ren Dan Kasat Narkoba, ini Pesan kapolres Pagaralam
Setelah pelaksanaan upacara selesai, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan acara tambahan, yakni pemberian remisi bagi warga binaan Lapas Kelas III Pagar Alam, peresmian nama jalan di Kota Pagar Alam dan pemberian hadiah kepada ASN yang berulang tahun bersamaan dengan HUT RI.
