Tangerang, JURNAL TIPIKOR— Lambatnya pelayanan BPN Kabupaten Tangerang pada Program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematik Lengkap (PTSL) dikeluhkan warga desa Pasir Muncang.
Pasalnya, salah seorang warga bernama Suwarni (58) mengaku telah mendaftarkan sebagai peserta program PTSL pada Tahun 2017 lalu. Namun, hingga kini dirinya belum menerima sertifikat tersebut, hal tersebut disampaikan ke Jurnal TIPIKOR, Senin (26/6)
“Padahal saya telah memenuhi semua persyaratan untuk mengikuti program PTSL melalui panitia Satgas PTSL desa, yang diteruskan ke Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Tangerang,” imbuh Suwarni.
Bahkan, sampai saat ini Suwarni menanyakan ke panitia satgas PTSL desa Pasir Muncang, terkait proses pembuatan sertifikat PTSL miliknya.

Menindaklanjuti keluhan tersebut, tim Jurnal Tipikor mengkonfirmasi Suwandi SH, mantan kades yang saat itu menjabat, dirinya menjelaskan bahwa pihaknya sudah beberapa kali menanyakan ke pihak BPN Kabupaten Tangerang terkait PTSL milik warganya., Ujarnya
“Saya bersama panitia satgas PTSL desa sudah mengirimkan surat, bahkan kami sudah beberapa kali mendatangi kantor BPN. Namun, kenyataannya sampai saat ini memang belum ada kejelasan,” ujar Suwandi SH didampingi Panitia Satgas desa Pasir Muncang dikediamannya. Jumat (23/6/23).
Sebelumnya Suwandi telah mengirimkan surat rekomendasi ke BPN untuk pembuatan sertifikat PTSL tertanggal 19 Januari 2021 sebanyak 18 serifikat.
“Sebanyak 18 sertifikat saya sudah rekomendasikan ke BPN, ada yang sudah jadi dan ada yang belum, bahkan ada juga yang terkendala,” terangnya.
Kemudian pihak pemerintah desa Pasir Muncang kembali melayangkan surat rekomendasi ke dua melalui kepala desa saat ini Zubaedah.
Dirinya, melayangkan surat rekomendasi tersebut terkait adanya sejumlah pengaduan masyarakat yang serifikat nya belum selesai dan sertifikat yang sudah selesai tetapi ada kesalahan yang harus diperbaiki (Sudah berlangsung selama tiga tahun belum selesai.

“Kami mohon kepada pihak BPN Kabupaten Tangerang, terkait dengan PTSL tersebut untuk dapat segera menyelesaikan lima (5) perbaikan sertifikat milik warga,” tulis Zubaedah di surat rekomendasi ke BPN, pada 12 Januari 2022 lalu. (Daftar Sertifikat yang diperbaiki Terlampir).
Sampai berita ini ditayangkan, tim Jurnal Tipikor mengkonfimasi pihak Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kabupaten Tangerang melalui Satgas BPN Tahun 2017, namun masih belum dapat di mintai keterangan terkait lambatnya proses pembuatan program PTSL tahun 2017.
