KORBAN GEMPA CIANJUR,PERTANYAKAN SALDO YANG MASIH KOSONG
Cianjur-Jurnal Tipikor-Korban gempa Cianjur mendatangi Pendopo Kabupaten Cianjur, Senin (29/5/2023). Mereka yang merupakan korban terdampak gempa yang rumahnya rusak, mempertanyakan terkait bantuan uang yang tak kunjung diterimanya.
Saat menghelat aksi di depan pendopo, pendemo berteriak lantang karena sebagian besar dari mereka merasa sudah menempuh prosedur pengurusan dokumen, sesuai aturan pencairan dana stimulan gempa bumi. Aksi akhirnya dilanjutkan dengan audiensi.
Salah seorang korban gempa yang turut aksi, Mariati (29), warga Kampung Keramat, Desa Sukamulya, Kecamatan Cugenang mengatakan, meski sejumlah warga telah memiliki buku rekening, namun saat dicek saldo masih kosong. Alhasil ia beserta warga lainnya meminta kejelasan terkait dana bantuan gempa yang tak kunjung cair tersebut.
“Saya bersama beberapa warga lainnya selama ini kan sudah mengurus persyaratan pencairan dana gempa, tapi belum juga cair. Nah sekarang datang ke sini (Pendopo) untuk mempertanyakan kenapa belum juga ada pencairan dana gempa,” ucapnya kepada wartawan Jurnal Tipikor,di sela-sela audiensi.

Sementara itu, Kepala Bidang (Kabid) Rehabilitasi dan Rekonstruksi Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Cianjur, Nurzein mengatakan, penyebab belum adanya pencairan untuk sejumlah warga tersebut, disebabkan adanya perbaikan klasifikasi kerusakan.
“Jadi sebenarnya penyebabnya itu karena adanya pengaduan perbaikan klasifikasi kerusakan, seperti dari ringan ke sedang atau dari sedang ke berat. Itu penyebab kenapa ada warga yang sudah punya buku rekening tapi saldonya nol. Itu harus diproses dulu direvisi SK perubahan,” jelasnya.
Setelah ada SK prubahan, sambung Nurzein, bantuan bisa dicairkan. “Kalau SK revisi belum ada, BPBD tidak bisa mentransfer karena dasarnya apa. Ketika SK revisi itu ada baru bisa ditransferkan,” pungkasnya.
