Lebak, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Jajaran Satresnarkoba Polres Lebak Polda Banten kembali berhasil mengungkap kasus peredaran obat tanpa izin edar di daerah hukum Polres Lebak. Pelaku berinisial TS (20) diamankan pada Sabtu (13/05) sekitar 03.00 Wib di sebuah rumah yang beralamat di Kp. Cibangkur timur Kel. Sukadaya Kec. Cikulur Kab. Lebak.
Kapolres Lebak Polda Banten AKBP Wiwin Setiawan melalui Kasat Resnarkoba Polres Lebak Polda Banten AKP Malik Abraham menjelaskan terikat pengankapan tersebut. “Dari pelaku TS, Satresnarkoba Polres Lebak berhasil mengamankan barang bukti berupa 1 buah tas warna kuning yang didalamnya terdapat 1.244 butir obat merk Tramadol, 908 butir obat warna kuning merek Hexymer, uang hasil penjualan sebesar Rp15.000, dan 1 unit handphone merk OPPO berwarna biru,” ucap Malik pada Kamis (25/05).
Kemudian Malik mengungkapkan bahwa pelaku mengedarkan obat-obatan tersebut di wilayah Kecamatan Cikulur dan Sekitarnya. “Saat ini kami masih melakukan pengejaran terhadap pelaku lain yang diduga sebagai pemasok obat-obatan tersebut yang identitasnya sudah kami ketahui,” tutur Malik.
Malik menegaskan atas perbuatannya pelaku dikenakan Pasal 197 atau Pasal 196 UU RI. No. 36 Tahun 2009 tentang kesehatan dengan ancaman pidana maksimal 15 tahun penjara.
Diakhir Malik menghimbau kepada masyarakat khususnya para orang tua agar menjaga dan mengawasi putra dan putrinya. “Mari bersama menjaga putra dan putri kita, dari bahaya penyalahgunaan Narkotika dan obat-obatan terlarang yang dapat merusak masa depannya, apabila melihat dan mendengar terkait peredaran Narkotika di sekitar lingkungannya agar menginformasikan kepada kami atau kantor Polisi terdekat,” tutup Malik. (Bidhumas)
