Dua Pemuda Diciduk Ambil Sabu Oleh Satresnarkoba Polresta Serang Kota

Serang, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Dua pelaku inisial SI (36) dan AH (23) ditangkap Satresnarkoba Polresta Serang kota usai mengambil pesanan narkoba yang ditempel oleh pengedar dipinggir jalan sekitar Kepandean, Kota Serang, Banten pada Rabu (17/05) sekitar pukul 20.20 Wib.

Dimana, mereka memesannya melalui aplikasi media sosial seharga Rp450.000 untuk sabu seberat 0,41 gram. “Pada saat diamankan dan digeledah, ditemukan barang bukti berupa satu bungkus plastik klip diduga berisikan narkotika jenis sabu,” ujar Kasat Resnarkoba Polresta Serkot Kompol Hengki Kurniawan pada Rabu (24/05).

Pengungkapan berawal dari laporan masyarakat, akan adanya transaksi narkoba dengan cara tempel, di sekitar Kepandean, Kota Serang, Banten.

Kemudian tim Satresnarkoba Polresta Serkot mendalami informasi tersebut dan melakukan survilance. Hasilnya, menemukan dua pria lulusan SD dan SMP itu mengambil paket sabu yang sudah diletakkan di suatu tempat. “Pelaku SI memesan melalui aplikasi WA kepada BO (DPO) menggunakan HP milik AH senilai Rp450.000 dan kedua pelaku pun patungan, SI merogoh uang sejumlah uang Rp100.000 sedangkan AH menambahkan Rp350.000,” terangnya.

Dari penangkapan tersebut, Satresnarkoba Polresta Serkot menyita 0,41 gram sabu serta satu unit handphone sebagian barang bukti. “Kedua pelaku dikenakan Pasal 114 ayat (1) Sub Pasal 112 ayat (1) Jo Pasal 132 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dengan ancaman hukuman minimal 5 tahun penjara dan maksimal 20 tahun penjara,” tutupnya.
