Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan : Hati-hati Modus Penipuan Berbentuk Undangan
Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR–Penipuan bermodus mengirimkan undangan dengan format [dot]apk tengah marak. Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan mengimbau warga untuk mewaspadai modus-modus penipuan tersebut.
Hal tersebut disampaikan Kapolres Metro Jakarta Selatan Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi saat menggelar ‘Malam Pelayanan’ di Pos RW 03 Kelurahan Bangka, Mampang Prapatan, Senin (23/5/2023). Kombes Ade Ary didampingi Kapolsek Mampang Prapatan Kompol Mashuri.
“Modus kejahatan baru yang saat ini sedang marak seperti pengiriman chat WhatsApp dari nomor tak dikenal yang mengirim terkait APK, PDF, seolah-olah mengirimkan undangan atau paket,” kata Kombes Ade Ary.
“Hati-hati, jangan di-download karena bisa meng-hack informasi yang ada di handphone kita,” lanjut Ade Ary.

Dalam kesempatan itu, Ade Ary juga bertatap muka dengan ketua RT/RW setempat, tokoh masyarakat, serta sekuriti kompleks. Ade Ary meminta seluruh elemen masyarakat memberikan informasi kepada kepolisian bilamana menemukan gangguan kamtibmas.
“Sehingga problem solving bisa dilakukan dengan tepat dan cepat,” katanya.
‘Malam Pelayanan’ merupakan program Polda Metro Jaya dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Dalam program ini, selain bertatap muka, polisi juga memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat seperti layanan pembuatan SIM dan SKCK.

Program tersebut juga dimanfaatkan oleh pihak kepolisian untuk mensosialisasikan cal center 110. Masyarakat diminta untuk menghubungi call center 110 agar mendapatkan bantuan dari kepolisian secara cepat terkait masalah kamtibmas.
“Nanti petugas call center akan meneruskan ke polres atau polsek terdekat untuk memberikan bantuan sesegera mungkin,” tuturnya.
Selain di wilayah Mampang Prapatan, Kombes Ade Ary ditemani Kapolsek Cilandak Kompol Wahid Key bertemu dengan warga RW 01 Cipete Selatan. Ade Ary menyempatkan mengunjung pos sekuriti dan meminta satuan petugas pengamanan swakarsa untuk mengamankan lingkungan warga dengan pola pengamanan yang tepat.
