Akan tetapi harus di waspadai resiko yang terjadi jika kurang berhati-hati, karena nyawa menjadi taruhannya.
Seperti yang dialami beberapa wisatawan lokal yang asyik mengisi liburan lebaran di kawasan pantai Pelabuhan Ratu kabupaten Sukabumi Provinsi Jawa Barat.

Dilansir dari Beritasatu.com, Sebanyak 17 wisatawan yang sedang berenang di tiga lokasi sepanjang Pantai Palabuhanratu, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Jawa Barat terseret ombak pada Minggu (23/4/2023).
Sebanyak lima orang tenggelam dan masih dinyatakan hilang. Kasat Pol Airud AKP Tenda Sukendar mengatakan, sebanyak tiga wisatawan terseret ombak di Pantai Ombak Putih 1, kemudian 10 wisawatan terseret ombak di Pantai Batu Bentang 2, dan di Pantai Ujung Genteng terdapat dua wisawatan terseret ombak.
Tenda menyatakan, total keseluruhan jumlah korban terseret ada 17 orang. Dari jumlah itu, sebanyak 12 wisatawan selamat dan lima orang hingga saat ini
masih hilang atau masih dalam proses pencarian.
“Jadi keseluruhan jumlah korban di tiga lokasi tersebut ada 17 korban. 12 korban terselamatkan, lima korban belum ditemukan,” tuturnya.

Saat ini proses pencarian masih terus dilakukan oleh tim gabungan dari Basarnas, Pol Airud dan petugas
