Lebak, JURNAL TIPIKOR-Jajaran Satreskrim Polres Lebak Polda Banten melaksanakan ress conference pengungkapan kasus tindak kejahatan jalanan selama Ramadhan di loby Polres Lebak pada Jum’at (14/4).
Hadir dalam Kapolres Lebak AKBP Wiwin Setiawan didampingi Wakapolres Lebak Kompol Arya Fitri Kurniawan, Kasat Reskrim Polres Lebak Iptu Andi Kurniady Eka Setyabudi, KBO Sat Reskrim Polres Lebak Iptu Mulyadi, Kasie Humas Polres Lebak Iptu Aminarto, Kanit 1 Krimum Satreskrim Polres Lebak Iptu M.Hazali Alvian, dan Kasipropam Polres Lebak Ipda M.S. Mochtar.
Dalam press conference tersebut Kapolres Lebak Polda Banten AKBP Wiwin Setiawan membenarkan bahwa Satreskrim Polres Lebak telah mengamkan pelaku pencurian. “Untuk menindak lanjuti perintah Bapak Kapolda Banten untuk memberikan rasa aman kepada masyarakat menjelang Lebaran khususnya di wilayah Kabupaten Lebak, Jajaran Satreskrim Polres Lebak meningkatkan Kring Serse dan penindakan terhadap pelaku-pelaku kejahatan yang meresahkan masyarakat selama Bulan Suci Ramadhan khususnya Kejahatan C3 yaitu Curat, Curanmor baik R2 dan R4 serta Curas, perjudian, dan kejahatan lainnya,” ujar Wiwin.

Kemudian Wiwin menjelaskan kejadian tersebut. “Ada 13 pelaku dan 20 Unit sepeda motor yang berhasil diamankan Jajaran Sat Reskrim Polres Lebak selama Ramadhan ini dari beberapa kasus tindak pidana kejahatan jalanan seperti Curanmor, Bobol Rumah, Tawuran, Perjudian, Penadah barang curian,” ungkapnya.
Selanjutnya Wiwin menjelaskan barang bukti yang diamankan Satreskrim Polres Lebak. “Sat Reskrim Polres Lebak juga berhasil mengamankan barang-barang yang digunakan sebagai alat melakukan kejahatan, yaitu berupa 13 mata kunci Letter T, 4 gagang kunci letter T, 1 buah senjata tajam jenis pisau warna coklat dengan gagang motif ular, 1 unit HP merk Nokia warna putih , 1 bilah golok berwarna coklat yang berukuran + 30 Cm, 1 buah sikring, 1 unit Handphone merk Realme Warna Hijau , 1 Gagang Obeng + berdiameter Besar, 1 gagang obeng – berdiameter Besar, 1 bilah golok berwarna coklat,” terang Wiwin.
Dari 13 pelaku, ada 5 pelaku merupakan residivis. Kemudian untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya, pelaku kasus pencurian pemberatan Curanmor dan Bobol rumah dikenakan Pasal 363 KUH-Pidana Jo 65 KUH-Pidana dengan ancaman pidana penjara selama 7 tahun.
Dalam Rapat Kerja Dengan Komisi III DPR, Kapolri Sampaikan Permohonan Maaf
untuk kasus tawuran anak remaja dengan membawa senjata tajam dijerat Pasal 2 Undang-Undang Darurat Nomor 12 Tahun 1951 tentang Mengubah ORDONNANTIETIJDELUKE BIJZONDERE STRAFBEPALINGEN (STBL. 1948 NOMOR 17) dan Undang-Undang Dahulu Nomor 8 Tahun 1948 Dengan Ancaman hukuman penjara 12 tahun penjara.
Untuk kasus pencurian dengan kekerasan dikenakan Pasal 365 KUHP dengan ancaman pidana penjara selama 10 tahun, dan untuk kasus perjudian dikenakan Pasal 303 KUH-Pidana Sub Pasal 303 bis KUH-Pidana dengan ancaman Hukuman penjara selama 4 tahun serta untuk kasus penadahan dikenakan Pasal 480 KUHP dengan ancaman pidana penjaran selama 4 tahun.
Sementara itu, Wiwin juga memberikan beberapa himbauan kepada masyarakat Kabupaten Lebak. “Kami Jajaran Polres Lebak menghimbau kepada warga masyarakat menjelang Idul Fitri agar lebih hati-hati dalam menyimpan dan memarkirkan kendaraannya gunakan kunci ganda dan bagi warga masyarakat ketika keluar rumah tidak menggunakan perhiasan yang menyolok, sehingga menumbuhkan niat para pelaku kejahatan,” imbaunya.

Terakhir Wiwin berpesan kepada masyarakat terkait kemanan selama mudik lebaran tahun 2023z “Terakhir menghadapi masa mudik, bagi warga yang akan melaksanakan mudik dengan meninggalkan rumah, agar melaporkan ke kantor kepolisian terdekat baik Polres maupun Polsek atau Bhabinkamtibmas nanti kita data dan berikan pengawasan selama pemilik melaksanakan mudik,” tukas Wiwin.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut Kapolres Lebak Polda Banten AKBP Wiwin Setiawan menyerahkan sepeda motor hasil kejahatan kepada pemiliknya. (Bidhumas).
