Sukabumi, Jurnaltipikor.com,-Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kota Sukabumi menetapkan Mantan Kepala Dinas Kepemudaan Olahraga dan Pariwisata (Kadisporapar) Kota Sukabumi, berinisila TCN bersama seorang staf SSEZ sebagai tersangka atas dugaan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) penggelapan uang retribusi di dua objek wisata yaitu Pemandian Air Panas Cikundul dan Kolam Renang Rengganis.
Penetapan tersangka ditetapkan berdasarkan bukti permulaan yang cukup, bertempat di Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Sukabumi, pada Senin, (08/12/2025).
Dugaan terjadinya Tindak Pidana Korupsi penggelapan uang retribusi tersebut sekitar Rp. 466.512.500 oleh kedua tersangka, terjadi sepanjang Tahun Anggaran 2023 hingga 2024.
Modus operandi yang dilakukan oleh kedua tersangka yaitu dengan tidak menyetorkan seluruh uang pendapatan retribusi dari dua objek wisata tersebut ke kas daerah. Uang yang telah disisihkan kemudian digunakan untuk kepentingan pribadi, dan para tersangka membuat seolah-olah setoran yang dilakukan adalah jumlah yang sebenarnya.
“Berdasarkan bukti permulaan yang cukup, kami Kejari Kota Sukabumi telah menetapkan dua orang tersangka, yaitu TCN mantan Kadisporapar dan SSEZ, seorang staf dengan dugaan penggelapan uang retribusi dari dua tempat wisata yang menyebabkan kerugian negara sekitar Rp 466.512.500,” ujar Kajari Kota Sukabumi, Ade Hermawan, S.H.,M.H.
Setelah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka, keduanya langsung dilakukan penangkapan berdasarkan bukti permulaan yang cukup sesuai Pasal 16 ayat (2) juncto Pasal 17 KUHAP. Setelah pemeriksaan lebih lanjut, kedua tersangka dilakukan penahanan di tingkat penyidikan selama 20 hari.
“Penahanan dilakukan selama 20 hari ke depan berdasarkan Pasal 20 ayat (1) juncto Pasal 21 KUHAP untuk mempermudah proses penyidikan lebih lanjut,” tambahnya.

Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 Jo. Pasal 64 ayat (1) KUHPidana.
Subsidiair : Pasal 3 Juncto pasal 18 ayat (1) huruf b Undang Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana diubah dan ditambah oleh Undang Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jo.
