BANDUNG, JURNAL TIPIKOR– Pemerintah Kota Bandung kembali memperkuat struktur birokrasi dengan melantik dan mengambil sumpah/janji jabatan fungsional bagi 16 Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN).
Pelantikan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dan mendukung capaian organisasi melalui profesionalisme ASN.
Acara pelantikan dilaksanakan di Auditorium Balai Kota Bandung pada Jumat, 8 Agustus 2025, dan dipimpin langsung oleh Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kota Bandung, Iskandar Zulkarnain.

Dalam sambutannya, Sekda yang akrab disapa Zul ini menekankan bahwa jabatan fungsional merupakan amanah yang harus diemban dengan penuh integritas, tanggung jawab, dan dedikasi tinggi.
“Jabatan ini bukan hanya posisi, melainkan juga peran strategis dalam mendukung capaian organisasi dan kualitas pelayanan publik,” ujar Sekda Iskandar Zulkarnain.
“ASN dituntut untuk adaptif, kolaboratif, dan inovatif, serta memiliki komitmen kuat untuk terus belajar dan berkembang.”

Dari 16 pejabat yang dilantik, 7 orang di antaranya menempati jabatan fungsional ahli muda, sementara 9 orang lainnya menempati jabatan fungsional ahli pertama.
Para ASN ini ditempatkan di berbagai unit kerja seperti Dinas Kesehatan, RSUD Bandung Kiwari, Rumah Sakit Khusus Gigi dan Mulut, Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian, serta Satpol PP Kota Bandung.
Sekda Iskandar Zulkarnain juga mengingatkan seluruh ASN untuk menjadikan nilai-nilai BerAKHLAK (Berorientasi pelayanan, Akuntabel, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, dan Kolaboratif) sebagai fondasi kerja.
“ASN fungsional harus tampil sebagai wajah profesionalisme birokrasi. Mereka adalah pelopor perubahan dan pionir dalam membangun kepercayaan publik,” pungkas Zul.
Pelantikan ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat fondasi keahlian di lingkungan birokrasi Kota Bandung, memastikan setiap tugas dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dilakukan oleh individu yang kompeten di bidangnya.
