Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Anggota DPRD Kota Bandung, H. Agus Andi Setyawan, S.Pd.I., dan Muhamad Syahlevi Erwin Apandi menghadiri acara peringatan Hari Lanjut Usia Nasional ke-29 tingkat Kecamatan Tahun 2025, di Kantor Kecamatan Kiaracondong, Selasa, 17 Juni 2025.
Kegiatan bertajuk Lansia Sehat, Mandiri, Aktif, Bahagia, dan Sejahtera yang diikuti oleh ratusan lansia se-kecamatan Kiaracondong tersebut diawali dengan gerak jalan dan senam bersama.
Selain itu, turut dimeriahkan juga pemeriksaan kesehatan gratis, pembagian sembako, dan pemberian penghargaan kepada enam orang lansia yang aktif di wilayahnya masing-masing.

Muhammad Syahlevi mengapresiasi terselenggaranya peringatan Hari Lanjut Usia Nasional tingkat Kecamatan Kiaracondong. Menurut dia, hal tersebut menjadi bagian dari implementasi Kota Bandung sebagai kota ramah bagi lansia.
Muhammad Syahlevi pun berharap agar para lansia dapat berperan aktif dalam berbagai kegiatan sosial dan kemasyarakatan di wilayahnya masing-masing.
“Salah satu yang membuat diri kita bahagia adalah sering bersosialisasi, baik itu dengan keluarga, teman, maupun masyarakat umum. Karena saya seringkali melihat banyak lansia yang justru banyak diam di rumah, cenderung mengalami masalah kesehatan,” ujarnya.

Muhammad Syahlevi juga meminta agar masyarakat dapat turut serta saling mengajak agar para lansia lainnya untuk dapat bergerak aktif dan dilibatkan dalam berbagai kegiatan yang mampu mengasah kemampuan motorik dan kognitifnya.
“Jangan sampai terjadi lagi di Kota Bandung ada lansia yang terlantar. Ini adalah tugas kita bersama untuk bisa mewujudkan Kota Bandung sebagai kota ramah lansia,” ucapnya.
Hal senada disampaikan oleh H. Agus Andi Setyawan, S.Pd.I., yang menjelaskan bahwa Kota Bandung saat ini telah memiliki Peraturan Daerah Nomor 2 Tahun 2021 yang mengatur tentang tugas dan wewenang, serta tanggung jawab pemerintah daerah terhadap penyelenggaraan kota ramah bagi lansia, dengan berbagai program dan kebijakan yang mendukung kesejahteraan mereka.
“Kami sangat mendukung terkait program-program Pemerintah Kota Bandung dalam rangka mengayomi para lansia, apalagi saat ini kita telah memiliki Perda Kota Bandung Nomor 2 Tahun 2021. Sehingga mewujudkan kota ramah lansia menjadi sebuah kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Kota Bandung hingga turunan terbawahnya,” ujarnya.

Agus Andi Setyawan menambahkan, dalam Perda Nomor 2 Tahun 2021 mengamatkan pemerintahan daerah wajib menyediakan akses layanan kesehatan bagi para lansia, menyediakan fasilitas publik yang mudah dijangkau oleh para lansia, menyediakan fasilitas ruang interaksi sosial yang inklusif, dan perlindungan hak lansia.
Selain itu, pemerintah daerah juga wajib mendorong peran serta masyarakat dalam melakukan pembinaan terhadap berbagai pihak terkait dalam penyelenggaraan kota ramah lanjut usia.
