“Kita latih dulu. Kalau sudah kuat secara manajemen, baru kita bantu akses modal. Ini cara membangun wirausaha yang berkelanjutan dan berdaya saing,” katanya.
Selain membangun UMKM lokal, Pemkot Bandung juga menyiapkan program pemberangkatan tenaga kerja ke luar negeri yang akan dimulai pada tahun 2026.

Kang Erwin menyebut program ini merupakan transformasi dari stigma lama “kabur dulu” menjadi “merantau dulu”.
