Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang serba digital, Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Bandung terus berbenah dengan cara kerja yang lebih efisien, terbuka, dan tepat sasaran.
Ini diwujudkan lewat berbagai layanan digital seperti aplikasi Gampil, Amanah, Teman PBB, dan E-Satria yang memudahkan warga dalam pembayaran dan akses layanan publik.
Selain itu, aplikasi Simonik dibuat agar warga bisa meminta informasi secara online dengan mudah.
“Teknologi adalah kunci penting bagi pembangunan Kota Bandung menuju smart city yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Kota Bandung juga membangun pusat inkubasi bisnis di 30 kecamatan untuk mendukung tumbuhnya startup dan inovasi lokal,” kata Wakil Wali Kota Bandung, Erwin pada Talkshow Siaran Bersama PRFM & Sonata, di Studio Radio Sonata, Jumat 2 Mei 2025.

Erwin mengatakan, saat ini masyarakat ingin layanan yang praktis dan cepat. Untuk itu, Pemkot Bandung menggabungkan berbagai layanan ke dalam sistem digital.
Hal itu untuk mempermudah urusan keperluan warga. Pemerintah juga terus mengembangkan sistem layanan digital agar lebih mudah dijangkau dan berkualitas.
“Kota Bandung punya kekuatan di infrastruktur digital dan komitmen kuat dari pemerintah dalam menerapkan teknologi. Namun, tantangannya adalah soal keamanan data pribadi, ancaman siber, dan biaya teknologi yang cukup besar,” akunya.

Menurut Erwin, partisipasi warga sangat penting dalam pembangunan kota digital. Pemkot Bandung menyediakan berbagai aplikasi pelaporan agar warga bisa menyampaikan keluhan dan saran langsung.
“Aplikasi seperti Bandung Sadayana juga mengajak warga ikut terlibat dalam perencanaan dan pengawasan kebijakan lewat platform digital,” katanya. (yan/red)
