Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengungkapkan bahwa dokumen afidavit diperlukan Pemerintah Singapura untuk persidangan ekstradisi Paulus Tannos.
Paulus Tannos merupakan buronan kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan kartu tanda penduduk elektronik (KTP-el) yang saat ini sedang ditahan di Singapura oleh pemerintah setempat.
“Dokumen yang melengkapi untuk penuntutan di sana,” ujar Ketua KPK Setyo Budiyanto saat dihubungi ANTARA dari Jakarta, Jumat, menjelaskan kegunaan afidavit yang diminta Pemerintah Singapura.

Sebelumnya, Menteri Hukum Supratman Andi Agtas di Jakarta, Selasa (15/4), mengatakan Pemerintah Indonesia saat ini sedang melengkapi dokumen tambahan yang diminta oleh Pemerintah Singapura terkait ekstradisi Paulus Tannos.
Supratman menjelaskan bahwa dokumen tambahan tersebut tengah diurus oleh Direktorat Otoritas Pusat dan Hukum Internasional (OPHI) pada Direktorat Jenderal Administrasi Hukum Umum (Ditjen AHU) Kementerian Hukum, dan dikomunikasikan dengan KPK.
Lebih lanjut Direktur Jenderal AHU Kemenkum Widodo di Jakarta, Selasa (15/4), mengungkapkan sidang mengenai ekstradisi Paulus Tannos di Singapura direncanakan berlangsung pada Juni 2025.

Ia menjelaskan bahwa sidang pendahuluan mengenai kelayakan ekstradisi Paulus Tannos akan berlangsung pada 23-25 Juni nanti.
Adapun Juru Bicara KPK Tessa Mahardhika Sugiarto di Jakarta, Rabu (16/4), mengatakan penyidik di institusinya mengupayakan memenuhi dokumen afidavit yang dibutuhkan Pemerintah Singapura sebelum 30 April 2025.
