Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Panglima TNI Jenderal TNI Agus Subiyanto menaikkan pangkat Sekretaris Kabinet (Seskab) Teddy Indra Wijaya dari mayor ke letnan kolonel (letkol).
Kepala Dinas Penerangan TNI AD Brigjen TNI Wahyu Yudhayana saat dikonfirmasi Antara, Kamis membenarkan hal tersebut.
“Saya sampaikan kepada rekan rekan media, Bahwa Informasi tersebut memang betul dan itu sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan yg berlaku di TNI dan dasar perundang-undangan (perpres), secara Administrasi juga semua sudah dipenuhi,” kata Wahyu dalam pesan singkatnya.
Pengangkatan jabatan Teddy itu tertera dalam Surat Perintah Nomor Sprin/674/II/2025 yang telah dikonfirmasi kebenarannya oleh Wahyu.
Dalam surat perintah tersebut, terdapat lima poin yang menjadi dasar kenaikan pangkat Teddy.
Berikut lima poin dasar tersebut:
1. Peraturan Panglima TNI Nomor 53 Tahun 2017 tentang Penggunaan Prajurit Tentara Nasional Indonesia.
2. Peraturan Panglima TNI Nomor 87 Tahun 2022 tentang Perubahan Ke Tiga atas Peraturan Panglima TNI Nomor 50 tahun 2015 tentang Kepangkatan Prajurit Tentara Nasional Indonesia.
3. Keputusan Panglima TNI Nomor Kep/238/II/2025 Tanggal 25 Februari 2025 tentang Penetapan Kenaikan Pangkat Reguler Percepatan (KPRP) dari Mayor Teddy ke Letkol a.n Mayor Inf Teddy Indra Wijaya, S.S.T.Han.,M.Si. NRP 11110010020489, Sekretaris Kabinet.
4. Peraturan Kasad Nomor 21 Tahun 2019 Tentang Kepangkatan Prajurit Tentara Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Darat.
5. Keputusan Kasad nomor Kep/462/VIII/2021 tanggal 4 Agustus 2021 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Pembinaan Karier Perwira TNI AD, dan
6. Pertimbangan Pimpinan Angkatan Darat.
Antara pun sempat mencoba menghubungi Teddy terkait hal ini. Namun hingga saat ini belum ada respons resmi secara langsung dari Teddy.(Antara)
