Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Penanganan kasus sengketa tanah yang terjadi di Kawasan wisata Blok Puncak Guha, Kabupaten Garut, oleh Kejaksaan semakin menemui titik terang. Hal ini disampaikan oleh Ketua Umum LSM Badan Pemantau Kebijakan Publik (BPKP), Tarmizi, saat ditemui di Gedung Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Barat, pada Kamis siang (12/12/2024).
“Alhamdulillah, saya apresiasi dan salut dengan kinerja pihak Kejaksaan, baik Kejaksaan Agung, Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Barat, termasuk Kejari Kabupaten Garut,” ungkap Tarmizi.
Tarmizi menjelaskan bahwa penanganan kasus ini menunjukkan komitmen Kejaksaan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan sengketa tanah yang telah berlangsung lama, dan berharap agar masalah ini dapat diselesaikan dengan adil demi kepentingan masyarakat. Ujarnya
Kejaksaan diharapkan terus menjalankan tugasnya dengan profesional dan transparan sehingga masyarakat dapat merasa aman dan terlindungi dalam hak-hak sebagai warga negara selain itu adanya kepastian hukum atas tanah tersebut apakah masih berstatus tanah negara atau sudah beralih kepemilikan menjadi milik perseorangan, ungkapnya
Jika nantinya berdasarkan putusan pengadilan dinyatakan masih berstatus tanah negara, maka dengan munculnya sertifikat berarti ada pihak-pihak yang sengaja telah melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum, tegasnya
Dengan progres yang ada, diharapkan kasus ini dapat segera berakhir dan memberikan kepastian hukum bagi semua pihak yang terlibat.
