Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR — Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kemenkominfo) menargetkan 9 juta SDM digital pada 2030. Hal itu disampaikan Kepala Badan Pengembangan SDM Kominfo, Hary Budiarto dalam Festival SDM Digital Tahun 2023 di Bandung Convention Center, Kota Bandung, Selasa (14/12/2023)
Menurutnya, salah satu visi digital Indonesia 2045 adalah menghadirkan SDM digital.
“SDM digital adalah orang yang punya literasi dan kompetensi agar kita bisa memandaatkan teknologi digital sehingga memberikan dampak ekonomi,” ujar Hary.
Saat ini, Hary menyebut capaian SDM digital di Indonesia berada di kisaran 2 juta jiwa. Sehingga Kemenkominfo mengejar ketercapaian jumlah 9 juta jiwa tersebut hingga 2030.
Berbagai upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah antara lain menghadirkan pelatihan yang menunjang percepatan transformasi digital.

Di sisi lain, Kemenkominfo menyebut telah terjadi peningkatan pada hasil pengukuran Indeks Masyarakat Digital Indonesia (IMDI) dengan nilai 43,18 pada tahun 2023 dibandingkan dengan hasil pengukuran pada tahun 2022 yang hanya mencapai 37,80.
Sebagai informasi, IMDI adalah indeks yang ditujukan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi masyarakat digital di 514 kabupaten dan kota di Indonesia pada empat pilar penyusunnya, yaitu infrastruktur dan ekosistem, keterampilan digital, pemberdayaan, dan pekerjaan, sehingga dapat dijadikan pedoman penentu arah kebijakan, serta program-program pengembangan SDM digital yang komprehensif, dan tepat sasaran, baik oleh Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika, kementerian dan lembaga, pemerintah daerah, maupun pemangku kepentingan lainnya.

Antara lain: peluncuran dan sosialisasi IMDI 2023, sosialisasi peta okupasi, penandatanganan perjanjian kerja sama antara Kepala Badan Pengembangan SDM Kominfo dan Kepala Badan Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Ketenagakerjaan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan tentang Integrasi Informasi dan Data Elektronik Ketenagakerjaan Sektor Komunikasi dan Informatika, workshop, job fair, dan perlombaan.
