Apel pengecekan kendaraan dinas yang berlangsung sekitar pukul 09.00 wita pagi tadi, berlangsung di lapangan umum Atambua.
Dari pantauan Media ini di lapangan, seluruh kendaraan operasional dinas baik roda dua hingga roda enam berbaris rapi di lapangan umum yang kemudian di cek satu persatu oleh Kapolres Belu yang didampingi Wakapolres Belu, KOMPOL I Putu Surawan, S.IP, Kasi Propam dan anggota serta anggota Logisitik Polres Belu.
Dalam pemeriksaan tersebut, Kapolres Belu meneliti dengan seksama fisik kendaraan dinas, baik Inventaris Bag, Satuan Fungsi dan Polsek jajaran maupun yang dipinjam pakaikan ke anggota sesuai data atau catatan dari Logisitik Polres Belu.
Usai melakukan pengecekan, Kapolres Belu mengingatkan kepada para pemegang kendaraan dinas, untuk selalu merawat dan menjaga kendaraan dinas dengan sebaik-baiknya.
Pengecekan kendaraan ini lanjut Kapolres Belu merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam mencegak kesiapan Polri dalam menyongsong pelaksanaan Pemilu 2024.
