Satreskrim Polres Cilegon Amankan 2 Pelaku Pembobol Indomaret
Cilegon, JURNAL TIPIKOR-Satreskrim Polres Cilegon berhasil mengamankan 2 orang residivis pelaku pembobol Indomart Gerem di rumahnya di Lingkungan Langon Indah Kelurahan Tamansari Kecamatan Pulomerak Kota Cilegon pada Selasa (28/03) sekitar pukul 17.30 Wib.
Kapolres Cilegon Polda Banten AKBP Eko Tjahyo Untoro melalui kasat Reskrim polres Cilegon AKP Mochmad Nandar membenarkan bahwa pihaknya telah mengamankan 2 orang residivis pelaku spesialis bobol toko Indomaret di daerah hukum Polres Cilegon Polda Banten.
“Benar bahwa Pada hari Kamis tanggal 22 September 2022 lalu sekira pukul 06.30 Wib saksi Saudari MH yang merupakan kasir toko Indomaret Gerem datang ke toko untuk bekerja seperti biasanya, kemudian saat masuk ke dalam toko didapati rak kasir dalam keadaan berantakan serta plafon dalam keadaan berlubang seukuran sekitar 1 meter,” jelas Nandar.

Setelah dilakukan pengecekan diketahui sejumlah rokok berbagai merek yang ada di rak kasir telah hilang, saksi kemudian melaporkan kepada kepala toko saudara AP yang kemudian melaporkan kejadian ini ke Polres Cilegon. “Hasil audit oleh pihak manajemen toko, korban yaitu PT. Indomarco Prisma Tama mengalami kerugian materi sebesar Rp11.886.900,” ujar Nandar.
Dari hasil pemeriksaan bahwa kedua pelaku melakukan pencurian dengan cara memanjat atap tembok rumah yang berada di sebelah minimarket indomaret, setelahnya membuka genteng Indomaret kemudian membongkar plafon dekat dengan tiang beton dengan cara merusaknya dengan golok yang dipersiapkan sebelumnya, setelah plafon terbuka kemudian mereka turun ke dalam area toko dengan cara merambat melalui tiang beton yang ada di toko tersebut.
“Setelah berhasil masuk kemudian kedua pelaku mengambil sejumlah rokok yang berada di rak kasir. Setelah berhasil mengambil rokok kemudian pelaku mengambil tangga yang berada di toko tersebut untuk kemudian kembali naik ke atas dan melarikan diri,” tuturnya.

Saat dilakukan olah TKP oleh unit I Pidum, ditemukan 1 buah HP Samsung Galaxi J2 prime warna hitam diduga milik pelaku yang tertinggal di atas plafon yang dirusak. HP tersebut dalam keadaan terkunci namun terpampang walpaper foto seorang laki-laki. Setelah dilakukan pengecekan identifikasi terhadap foto, didapat informasi bahwa orang tersebut adalah Saudara RN Als oman (25), warga Kelurahan Tamansari Kecamatan Pulomerak Kota Cilegon.
Kemudian dilakukan penangkapan pada Selasa tanggal 28 Maret 2023 sekira pukul 17.30 Wib di rumahnya Lingkungan langon Indah Kelurahan Tamansari Kecamatan Pulomerak Kota Cilegon.
Dari hasil interograsi terhadap pelaku RN alias oman didapat informasi bahwa dirinya melakukan pencurian bersama pelaku FDR Als Imen, (16) warga Kelurahan Rawa Arum Kecamatan Gerogol Kota Cilegon, Kemudian dilakukan penangkapan pada hari Selasa tanggal 28 Maret 2023 sekira pukul 17.30 Wib di rumahnya. “Pelaku sudah melakukan pencurian yang sama ditempat lain yaitu di Indomaret Peni merak dan Indomaret palm pada sekitar awal September 2022 dengan modus yg sama yaitu memanjat tembok kemudian masuk melalui plafon,” pungkas Nandar.

Atas kejadian tersebut 2 orang pelaku tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan sebagaimana yang dimaksud dalam Pasal 363 KUHPidana pelaku RN Als oman (25) dan pelaku FDR Als Imen, (16), dapat di pidana dengan ancaman hukuman paling lama 5 tahun,” tutup Nandar. (Bidhumas).
