Jelang Peringatan Wafatnya Isa Al Masih, Polda Jambi Siapkan Personel Pengamanan di Seluruh Gereja
Jambi, JURNAL TIPIKOR–Kepolisian Daerah Jambi menyiapkan personel untuk pengamanan pada saat rangkaian ibadah Jumat Agung memperingati wafat Yesus Kristus / Isa Almasih hingga Hari Raya Paskah bagi umat Kristiani yang akan berlangsung pada Jumat (07/04/2023) sampai dengan Minggu (09/04/2023).
“Untuk rangkaian kegiatan ibadah tersebut, Polda Jambi akan menurunkan personel pengamanan di seluruh gereja yang melaksanakan kegiatan misa / kebaktian. Sebanyak 3.315 personel gabungan yang akan dilibatkan,” ucap Kabid Humas Polda Jambi, Kombes Pol. Mulia Prianto saat dikonfirmasi pada Kamis, (06/04).
Dijelaskan oleh Kabid Humas, dari 3.315 personel yang diturunkan tersebut, terdiri dari 1.784 personel Polres Jajaran dan 1.531 personel gabungan TNI serta instansi lainnya yang akan melakukan pengamanan pada 450 gereja di wilayah Provinsi Jambi.
“Para personel tersebut diturunkan tentunya untuk menjaga dan memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman bagi umat Kristiani dalam menjalankan ibadah. Polda Jambi berkomitmen untuk melakukan pengamanan secara maksimal,” ujar Kombes Pol. Mulia Prianto.
Lebih lanjut dikatakan Kabid Humas, pengamanan akan dilaksanakan secara maksimal untuk mencegah terjadinya tindak kejahatan seperti aksi teror dan juga gangguan lainnya seperti kemacetan arus lalu lintas.
“Kami akan hadir untuk memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman kepada seluruh umat Kristiani yang beribadah. Semoga rangkaian kebaktian / misa yang dilaksanakan dapat berjalan dengan tertib, aman, lancar dan nyaman,” tutup Kabid Humas Polda Jambi.
